Mote Marine Aquarium - Explore the ocean depths featuring sea turtles, dolphins, whales, sharks, jellyfish and
much more. No ordinary aquarium, Mote has a sea turtle rehabilitation center, a dolphin/whale hospital and conducts
scientific research for the preservation of our oceans. Two touch tanks allow children to handle sea creatures like

Sarasota Ski-A-Rees – A FREE Water Ski Show every Sunday at 2pm, February – May. Come see the spectacular three
tier pyramid! Also exciting jumps, barefoot skiing, ballet, swivel, trios and doubles! Located just beyond the Mote
Marine parking lot at 1600 Ken Thompson Parkway, City Island
Marie Selby Botanical Gardens – Explore the world's most spectacular display of rare orchids and bromeliads in
this 8.5 acre tropical oasis on the shores of Sarasota Bay. 811 South Palm Avenue, Sarasota
GWiz Science Museum - This modern hands-on museum encourages the exploration of light and sound, tests your body
strength and takes you on an interactive medical journey. 1001 Boulevard of the Arts, Sarasota
Ringling Museum of Art - This 66-acre estate includes a Museum of Art offering 21 galleries of European paintings
as well as Cypriot antiquities, Asian Art, American paintings, and contemporary art. Rubens, Dughet, van Dyck, Velázquez,
Titian, Tintoretto, Veronese, El Greco, Gainsborough are featured as well as the Ca’ d’Zan mansion, fragrant gardens and

Lipizzan Horses - The pride of the Austrian Empire, these rare horses perform their classical equestrian moves
every Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Winter training sessions are open to the public the last weekend of December through
